We have 8 clean cabins to choose from which are all fully equipped. Small store on site. Boat and motor rentals available. We are situated on Kashabowie Lake. Kashabowie Lake is approximately 17 miles long.

Our camp is located north of the Quetico Provincial Park in northwestern Ontario. The camp is accessible by road, just 6 miles off Highway 17, 90 miles west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The cold, clear waters of Lac Des Milles Lacs provide some of the best walleye and northern fishing available. Thunderbird is also equipped to accommodate the hunter. We have had excellent hunting for fall bear, ducks and moose.

Our bear, moose and small game hunts take place at our all new lodge (Northern Woods Lodge) located on the south end of Long Lake. We are located 36 miles down a well maintained forest access road, north of Terrace Bay, Ontario on Highway 17. Our white tail hunts are run in Dryden. We've been in the hunting and fishing business for over 20 years. We are avid hunters and fishermen ourselves. We know and understand the unique challenges and requirements for a successful hunt or fishing vacation.

We have many uninhabited lakes surrounding our camp and the fishing is just plain great for Walleye, Northern and Trout. If you are looking for something different and a new adventure to fish several lakes on your holiday, this just could be what you have been looking for. All lakes are feeder lakes from Lake Nipigon with two lakes, Upper Roslyn and Georgia, being fish sanctuaries and the water is connected to the feeder system. We can fish the entrance of both lakes. All of the lakes connect and the water runs out the Sturgeon River; we are situated on the Sturgeon River where it starts at Gathering Lake.
