Seven mile long Lake Anjigami offers you a chance to fish for pike, walleye, or lake trout. You can explore the surrounding woods for animal life, wild flowers, or to pick the delicious wild raspberries and blueberries. Couples may wish to reserve the "Loon's Nest"- a modern cabin for two, overlooking the lake and our beautiful sandy beach. Bring the extended family, and you can all spend time together playing pool or darts in the warmth of our spacious Main Lodge. The Main Camp can accommodate up to 18 guests. Prairie Bee Camps is a boat-in camp, with an outpost cabin at the west arm of the lake, and the main camp on the east end. The lake is about 10 miles (16 km.) long, and averages about 20 feet deep, with some places as deep as 80 feet. Prairie Bee has a diversified fishery. Walleye, pike, smallmouth bass and white fish abound. We are also bordered by Windermere Lake, which has the same kinds of fish. This is a five minute boat ride and a two minute portage from our main camp. Between our two lakes, we have hundreds of miles of shorelines and rocky shoals to fish. There are other, smaller lakes that are excellent for pike quite close to the main camp. Each cabin is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes. There are pillows and extra blankets in the bedrooms for added comfort. You need to bring your own groceries, sleeping bag and/or blankets, pillow case, personal towels and face cloths, and hand soap, a whistle and watertight flashlight, fishing tackle, personal floatation device (not a seat cushion) for the boat. Toilet paper and garbage bags are provided. The beach by the camp is sandy, perfect for swimming, and there are several other beaches nearby for more privacy.

Log cabins accommodations up to 6 people and are fully equipped with complete housekeeping facilities. Furnished with electricity, refrigerator, gas cooking, hot and cold water, dishes, and tea towels. Bathrooms include flush toilet, sink and shower. Although we are not situated on a lake, our location in this scenic area provides unlimited fishing and hunting possibilities. We have a variety of sport fishing available from 14 or more different wilderness set lakes, where 12' or 14' aluminum boats are stationed. Access via gravel logging roads or marked trails will take you well off the beaten path to scenic lakes in wilderness locations. Hunt black bear in the Algoma Kinniwabi wilderness area. All hunting is done from either tree or ground blinds at pre-baited hunting sites. Baited sites are established & maintained well in advance of the season. Hunts are conducted in exclusive areas without competition from other outfitters & the number of hunters taken per week is limited.

Kabenung is rated as one of Ontario's most reproductive lakes and considered by local people and our guests to be the area's most beautiful. You also will find excellent fishing for brook trout, lake trout and perch in the various lakes close to our lodge. Ontario fishing license and regulations are obtained at the camp store. The heavily wooded areas surrounding Kabenung Lake provide excellent Black Bear, Moose, and fowl shooting. Our Black Bear kill ratio is the envy of many other areas and hunting packages include such things as pre-baited stands, lodgings, meals and guides.
